In winter, the Rauris ski area is big enough to offer a lot to everyone - to skiers and snowboarders deep snowed-in slopes of all levels of difficulty - to the ski tourer untouched slopes or the cross-country skier 30 km, lonely cross-country trails. Dive into the soft powder snow, show your edges while carving. Rauris pampers the individualists among the winter sports enthusiasts with a homely atmosphere and invigoratingly beautiful nature!

From a colourful weekly programme with ski festivals, guided snowshoe hikes to rustic tobogganing evenings and the "off-piste programme", to the many excursion possibilities in the golden valley of the Alps and various highlights such as sled dog races.

A total of 30 km of prepared cross-country ski runs run through the original landscape up to an altitude of 1,200 m. The most popular is the Sonnenloipe, which was already described by Alois Stadlober as one of the most beautiful cross-country ski runs in Austria. Skaters as well as fans of the classic style will find an excellent cross-country skiing trail system with routes of varying degrees of difficulty.
